We wanted to depict a movement which gives the impression of flight. To right of the gymnasium, there was a beautiful stone church and we wanted the color of the brick and the stone masonry to correspond to that of the church. The design on the wall is in shallow relief, selected concrete bricks emerging from the wall incrementally, some ultimately in some to their full thickness.
